For stretch marks - 30 ml of almond oil, 15 ml of wheat germ oil, 2 tbsp. rose, 2 k. neroli, 2 k. rosemary, 2 tbsp. petitgrain, 2 k. ylang-ylang.
Massage: For muscle pain - 50 ml of almond oil and 15 k. mint, lavender, eucalyptus or a 2: 1 mixture of base oil and mint. For headaches, migraines and bronchial inflammations, the forehead, temples and bronchi are rubbed with a mixture of 50 ml of almond oil and 30 k. mint.
